Graduated in Psychology from UFMG, with a postgraduate degree from the University of Michigan in Team and People Management, and additional training in non-violent communication, leadership and entrepreneurship. Vanessa is currently studying an MBA in Business Management, Administration and Company Management at USP.

She worked for 12 years with Human Resources at AISEC, Edge (Talent for Impactful Business Across Emerging Markets), Pranah and the International Committee of the Red Cross, where she worked with global recruitment.

She was co-founder of Edge Colombia, having performed diagnosis and analysis of organizational structures, leadership and productivity for more than 40 companies in Latin America, while acting as a mentor to business leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals.

At Rise, she is the Chief People Officer, being responsible for implementing the HR department, and the area of ​​development and engagement in the fund’s portfolio companies.
