Graduated in Business Administration from Insper, with an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Pedro is one of Rise’s co-founders.

He worked for 16 years in strategy and management consulting at Integration Consulting, with investment funds at Pátria Investimentos, and was an entrepreneur in another business prior to Rise.

He led 36 projects in over 10 countries and was one of those responsible for opening the Integration Consulting office in Europe. At Pátria, he worked as Senior Vice President of Structured Operations, having been responsible for leading Value Creation with a turn-around agenda in a Private Debt fund.

In 2016, he founded Rise Ventures and now, he is the company’s CEO, leading the Fundraising & Investor Relations area and overseeing the People Management area.
