Graduated with a double degree in Business Administration and Economics from Insper.

Isabella took an undergraduate semester at the University of Leuven, Belgium, focusing on issues of economic policy, poverty and inequality.

During the academic period, she began her professional experience at a Jr. Consultant company and subsequently pursued a career in the financial market, having worked for 2 and a half years in Investment Brokers.

She worked in Investment Advisory and structuring the Hunter area at Genial Investimentos – Banco Brasil Plural​, as well as in Investment Advisory and Live Advisory at XP Investimentos.

At Rise, she is Head of Fundraising & Investor Relations.

Hobbies: Reading books, hiking and visiting waterfalls, doing sports and new experiences where I can meet new people, places and cultures.
