With a degree in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP and a portfolio manager accredited by CVM/ANBIMA, Daniel is one of Rise’s co-founders.

He worked with M&A at G5 Evercore and with investment fund at TreeCorp.

His experience includes active participation in buying and selling negotiations and company mergers. He also worked directly with deal origination, raising debt and equity for the portfolio, in TreeCorp’s Value Creation agenda. Structured Real Estate Investment Funds (FIIs) and Shared Investment Funds (FIPs) – from the regulations’ development and financial modeling to defining investments in the funds’ portfolios.

At Rise, Daniel is a CVM Manager and CIO.
